The Client Support Specialist will be the first point of contact with the customer. This is an important position that requires excellent listening, communication and problem solving skills. This team member will respond to inbound calls and email communication and will identify, document and prioritize the needs of the customer. The team member will resolve 80% of client issues independently and when necessary escalate the issue and follow through to resolution. The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling EMS’ products and equipment racks at our Exton facility. Applicant must be highly motivated and have a strong desire to leverage their technical, critical thinking, and communication skills. Teamwork is essential; must work closely with the Service Manager, Project Managers, and Installation Technicians to ensure the EMS installed systems maintain the highest quality and maximize customer satisfaction. EMS Project Managers are responsible for all aspects of client projects from the receipt of a purchase order through receipt of acceptance of the system by the client. Project Managers coordinate all activities with their counterparts within client organizations to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, and at the expected level of quality. The Inside Sales role is a vital position at EMS. You will be responsible for assisting in the direct sales of assigned products/services, providing the qualified leads to their Field Sales counterpart, new business development activities and supporting direct marketing campaigns in their assigned geography. The Software Developer will code and test software as architected and designed by EMS software design team. The Software Developer will develop desktop and web applications, database systems, and services in a Microsoft Server Family environment; build and implement user interfaces; and, build and execute test cases at unit testing level. Software Developer III is a Full Stack Developer with knowledge in .NET, C#, Angular, Azure, JavaScript, MVVM, ORM and SQL. This role requires excellent technology and communication skills, participate in requirement gathering, requirement detailed design, UI design, coding and testing software using Microsoft technologies. The Software Developer III will design/develop new applications as well as support existing applications to meet EMS’ quality standards.
