The Client Support Specialist will be the first point of contact with the customer. This is an important position that requires excellent listening, communication and problem solving skills. This team member will respond to inbound calls and email communication and will identify, document and prioritize the needs of the customer. The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling EMS’ products and equipment racks at our Exton facility. The Software Developer will code and test software as architected and designed by EMS software design team. The Software Developer will develop desktop and web applications, database systems, and services in a Microsoft Server Family environment; build and implement user interfaces; and, build and execute test cases at unit testing level. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for providing a broad range of support to all employees ensuring accuracy and timeliness within the HR function. This role’s primary responsibility is to provide day-today support to the human resource function, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry, employee onboarding and the scheduling of trainings and meetings, benefits administration, planning employee events to include wellness initiatives. Support onsite daily technical operations of an integrated audio and video medical simulation learning management system for a large medical training facility in the Seattle, WA area. They will be the primary support personnel for all day-to-day operational aspects of the learning management system (LMS).
