The Client Support Specialist will be the first point of contact with the customer. This is an important position that requires excellent listening, communication and problem solving skills. This team member will respond to inbound calls and email communication and will identify, document and prioritize the needs of the customer. The team member will resolve 80% of client issues independently and when necessary escalate the issue and follow through to resolution. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN EXTON, PA – NOT A REMOTE POSITION

This hands-on individual will support digital content marketing and SEO/PPC initiatives. The Digital Content Specialist will create compelling content for blogs, articles, email nurture campaigns, product descriptions, social media, and product websites. The Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for evaluating web and paid content analytics to adjust target messaging as needed. They will regularly update product websites with fresh content and uncover high-value backlinking opportunities by pitching articles to various third-party publishing sites. The Software Developer II developer will code and test software as architected and designed by EMS software design team. The Software Developer II will develop desktop and web applications, database systems, and services in a Microsoft Server Family environment; build and implement user interfaces; and, build and execute test cases at unit testing level.
