Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts to host a virtual open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony for a newly-built Simulation Learning Center.Â
Constructed amid the pandemic, completed May 1, the 5,000-square-foot skills center features leading interactive healthcare equipment, patient simulators, high-fidelity mannequins, a centralized command center, a didactic lecture facility, and offices accommodating nursing leadership.
About the Event
Join Gurnick Academy, Education Management Solutions (EMS), and Gaumard for an exclusive look at Gurnicks’ recently completed 5,000-square-foot skills center featuring leading interactive healthcare equipment, patient simulators, high-fidelity mannequins, a centralized command center, a didactic lecture facility, and offices accommodating nursing leadership. Specific to the Fresno Campus, the newly-constructed space will afford students and practitioners the ability to practice clinical skills without potential risks to patients.
Along with the grand opening tour, there will also be a preview of the newly installed cutting edge simulation technology, a brief speech from Gurnick Academy Leadership, and a live birthing simulation. The full agenda can be found below.
